Our Sella (parboiled) Basmati rice undergoes a specialized steam-pressure process before milling, locking in nutrients and producing grains that are extra firm, non-sticky, and beautifully golden. Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. For enhanced taste, add 1 Tbsp butter or oil and a pinch of salt per cup of rice.
